A Sew Simple Project
Choosing a variety of your favorite decorative stitches on your sewing machine, stitch rows across a pieces of wool blend felt using complementary colors. Press fusible web to the back of the stitched felt and cut out using the patterns provided. Press cut outs onto another color of felt which has fusible web on the back and cut around the edge leaving a 1/8” to 1/4” border. Press to a final layer of felt and cut out two egg shapes. Using embroidery thread and a needle; stitch the egg shapes together using the buttonhole stitch, adding stuffing as you close the shape. Add a bow, button and ribbon to the top.
